An estimated delivery date will be provided after your order is placed. These dates vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location and the items you order. Products may be delivered in separate shipments.
It may be that there is no stock in any of our Store's products. In this case, Aclimat Consulting will report this incident and offer alternative options for the client, including reimbursement of amounts paid to Aclimat Consulting during the maximum period of 30 calendar days.
All goods are sold under our guarantee that they operate to the stated level in accordance with the manufacturers specifications.
If within the period of twelve months following delivery the goods are found to be faulty, you may return the goods to our warehouse at your expense on the express condition that it is returned in the original packaging. At our discretion, the goods will be either repaired or exchanged within 28 days and returned to you, against at your expense. We maybe contacted by email, chat or post.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
Your pack shipment packages are generally dispatched within 3 days after receipt of payment and will be delivered without undue delay no later 7 days from the date on which the Order Confirmation has been made. In some cases, for a certain category of goods, delivery time will be different. For example, spare parts are shipped from a manufacturer’s warehouse, and delivery may take up to 14 days. Items made to order will be delivered in accordance with the information specified in our store. We will provide an estimated delivery date in our Order Confirmation that we send to you.
Title and risk of loss pass to customer upon our making your order available for transfer to the carrier/delivery.

Upon receipt of the package, the customer is required to check carefully the conditions of the packaging and if the package is damaged to reject the goods. The Customer is also required to always check that the number of packages in delivery corresponds to what is indicated in the tracking. Any disputes must be immediately raised to the carrier and the incident, with relative photographs, must be notified to the e-mail address email@example.com, otherwise the product is considered delivered correctly.
